2. Uncollapse Computer Configuration, Administrative Templates, Network, QoS Packet Scheduler
3. In the right pane, double-click on Limit reservable bandwidth and select Enabled:
4. Enter 0%
5. Click on Apply
6. The bandwidth limit is now disabled.
